Exchanges & Returns
If we ship something to you that is wrong or damaged – we apologise!
If you are not entirely satisfied with any item that you have received or have simply changed your mind, we will refund you in full for your purchase (minus the shipping cost). You can return a product for a refund, or exchange, within the below-stated timeframe of 14 days.
Please email us at getintouch@lolapalooza.co.uk to inform us that you wish to return your order.
Please return the item to us, in “as new” condition: in its original packaging and with all relevant documentation, within 14 days of the order shipment date (the order shipment date is contained in the shipment confirmation sent to you by email). Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Made-to-order/bespoke products are non-refundable.
Please note: When returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend for you post the parcel by Recorded Delivery or ask your Post Office for proof of posting (available free of charge).
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Wrong product or damaged in transit?
If a product has been damaged in transit, is faulty or is not the one you ordered, please contact us, as we might need to ask you to return it to us in “as-new” condition: In its original packaging and with all relevant documentation, within 14 days of the order shipment date. The order shipment date is provided to you by email.
If we request you to return the damaged item(s) to us, we will issue a refund or replacement(s), whichever you require, and depending upon availability, only after we received the faulty item. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. A refund will be issued for postage paid to return the item(s) only when the item(s) is found to be defective or incorrectly supplied from the original order. If you fail to return goods at your expense, we reserve the right to charge the direct costs for their recovery and may offset that amount against any refund due.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
